Juan RP 5ecf7e9a20 kernel: multiple changes in .config file. ...

- Enable options required PowerTOP.
- Set default cpufreq governor to ondemand.
- Set default kernel compression to LZMA.
- Set AC97 powersave mode on by default.

Make it possible to bump kernel pkg without bumping -headers subpkg.
