549ac33242 Forward-port poll socket engine as it seems reasonably stable, and half-hack it into configure. If someone could help me (easily) add it via our wonderful configure macros so it's built, that would be swell.

2c5db1dfcb add support for windows service. This now is part of inspircd itself being as we have native build. It doesnt quite work yet in all the ways it should.

a67b9de174 Change modes in channels and users to use std::bitset instead of an array. This saves 56 bytes per channel, and 112 bytes per channel, with no loss in speed or ease of use in code. :). Thanks (VERY) much to Special for telling me about this.

398e33c16b Okay. This will probably break *everything*, but hey. Use static linking (JUST) for the main binary. This has advantages in terms of shorter compile time and in slightly reduced file size used, so it is worth it. Configure is also a tiny bit simpler in some ways, so.

7d7250484c First phase of conversion to dynamic limits on all the lengths, configured via the <limits> tag

2db77cda56 Automatic detection and allocation of max fds. No longer needs recompile to change, just adjust it in your kernel or whatever and restart insp. 
Please note that select and iocp socket engines do not support detection and are always set to FD_SETSIZE and 10240 descriptors respectively.
