f2256deeef Executable include for MOTD and more 
This introduces an <execfiles> tag that reads files from the output of
a command, in the same way as executable includes. The files specified
here can also be used anywhere a file is used (opermotd, randquote, etc)

54fb0cd5aa Use ServiceProvider for inter-module dependencies 
This will stop dependency chains from preventing module reloads when
it is not actually needed; however, it removes some failsafes that will
need to be reimplemented in order to avoid unmapped vtables.

This deprecates Request as an inter-module signaling mechanism, although
SQL still uses it.

01ce98f274 win: Last part of support required for VS2010: 
NEEDS COMPILE TESTING ON: gcc3 (if possible), gcc4, vs2008.
 - Check for vs2010 in hash_map.h
   - use unordered_map if it exists
 - change all map creations to:
    #if defined(WINDOWS) && !defined(HASHMAP_DEPRECATED)

b6dbd6caab Update all wiki links to point to the new wiki. This was done automatically with the following command, only .Makefile.inc got some indent fixups by hand.

b3e3b1f14e Now builds ok on gcc 4.3, not tested fully. Also UGLY, oh we hate you GCC, why couldnt you just use TR1 from the start???

9cf56d917d Windows support. Tested and working to compile on freebsd and linux. Next step is to make sure it actually works in windows too. ;p. Add Burlex to contributors.

f88beda4d4 Remove Server::AddExtendedMode and Server::AddExtendedListMode, replace with Server::AddMode (makes more sense naming wise too as all modes are modes, all the same now) 
NOTE: Modules that implement modes WILL NO LONGER COMPILE NOW UNTIL THEY ARE PORTED TO THE NEW API
