e2af2347fc Create StreamSocket for IO hooking implementation 
Fixes the SSL SendQ bug
Removes duplicate code between User and BufferedSocket
Simplify SSL module API
Simplify EventHandler API (Readable/Writeable moved to SE)
Add hook for culled objects to invoke callbacks prior to destructor
 Replace SocketCull with GlobalCull now that sockets can close themselves
Shorten common case of user read/parse/write path:
 User::Write is now zero-copy up to syscall/SSL invocation
 User::Read has only two copy/scan passes from read() to ProcessCommand

06e0d5c7f0 Use a set to mark client SSL ports rather than going by textual IP/port pairs 
This theoretically speeds up accepting connections. Visible changes are proper
IPv6 port text in 005 output and no possibility of incorrect SSL on addresses
that mismatch an incoming port (possible with IPv4 wildcard SSL and IPv6
plaintext on the same port, not that anyone would do such a thing). Bind ports
also now tell which SSL module they use in /stats p.

fa3e1d5d4d Canonicalize bind addresses when creating listen sockets 
This fixes /stats p output for SSL ports not working if a non-canonical address
is used in the configuration (IPv6 with :: or mixed hexadecimal case).
This also cleans up some now-useless sockaddr[2] allocations.

61fed23a3e Start moving IO hooking from being bufferedsocket based to residing in EventHandler, this will pave the way for a generic listener type, and also simplifies a lot of code.

This is probably broken on windows, do not attempt to use there yet unless you like broken stuff. Cant say for sure as i havent even tried to build yet and most likely wont tonight.
--- Abstract most of the berkely socket API out into SocketEngine derived classes. SocketEngine base class implements standard berkely sockets that 'real mens systems' like linux
and freebsd have. For socketengine_iocp we implement the windows specific nonesense like the special things needed for udp and accept (ick).
All this to eliminate a bunch of ifdefs.

d7336f351d Move the socket functions like insp_ntoa into their own namespace. They arent really sensible to put into a class, but namespacing them out discourages developers from directly using them without explicitly saing 'using irc::sockets::BindPorts' or whatever first. Some functions such as insp_ntoa are already 'exposed' by headers that use them so 'using irc::sockets::inet_ntoa' isnt required.
