b928a79eeb Fix an off-by-one which could possibly perhaps cause djGrrr/satmd's bug by dropping a read buffer into the bit bucket if it was of an exact enough size to cause problems. No guarentees.

a77e13baaa Change the value of number of secs in a year to be 31557600 for Duration() with 'y' value. This is 365.25 days slightly more accurate than 365 days.
