b6dbd6caab Update all wiki links to point to the new wiki. This was done automatically with the following command, only .Makefile.inc got some indent fixups by hand.

d7a0cd3db1 Move QuitUser into UserManager class, and unstaticize it. This prepares for some benchmarking lulz on object pooling I plan to do today, as well as making more sense now we *have* a manager class

43d1577839 Port bindings for gnutls now bind via ip:port, rather than on all ports for that ip, fixes feature request for roadmap. NOTE, this still needs doing for the openssl module!
