3b927b48cc Ignore <module> tags for modules that are already loaded. 
This allows us to do user friendly things like loading the alias
module in the example alias files.

25f2f7f3e8 Rework the example services aliases. 
- Split common stuff into a generic configuration file.
- Reserve all nicknames used by services by default.
- Exempt all services clients from filtering.
- Add missing aliases for services pseudoclients.
