module-less kernel config

This config is tailored for my system and may not work for others. It has amdgpu firmware for my one card but you can add/change the EXTRA_FIRMWARE as needed

Originally put together to test out my init system and try to get boot times insanely low by removing the need to boot into an initramfs first
