579af1b265 tests: fix compilation with CppUTest ≥ 4.0 
MemoryLeakWarningPlugin::turnOnNewDeleteOverloads is replaced by
MemoryLeakWarningPlugin::turnOnThreadSafeNewDeleteOverloads, which is available
in both CppUTest 3.x and 4.0.
